I was a little worried about the drop off because it was right when they open and we hoped the shuttle driver would be timely. It was no problem at all. They actually opened up about a half hour ahead of schedule and the driver got there in good time and we had no problem whatsoever getting to the airport in time.
Not faulting company but jeep I originally rented had a missing sun visor on the driver s side. Black and slanted position so very difficult to see. Replaced with upgrade -- Sahara when I came to exchange.
The front desk gal was wonderful who was there at my arrival. She was prepared and quick. Also, was thoughtful because of how tall I was and gave me a car that would fit my height the best.
Great car for the price. Car had higher mileage but was in good condition and very clean. Car performed well with no issues.
I wish I got the employees name but he upgraded us to a jeep Rubicon truck and it added to much fun to our trip! We were staying in the mountains in a cabin and to get there the roads were terrible! This jeep did phenomenal through every where we went! It truly made our experience better and appreciate the upgrade! Thank you!!
