Great service compared to others. Particularly a couple of the bigger agencies who appear to have to learn how to rent a car out all over again for every customer they serve. It shouldn't be time consuming given all the information has already been supplied and Alamo/National proves the truth of that. Won't be going back to Avis.
We got to select the car we wanted at the airport, which I found weird (usually I thought it was assigned). The exact make and model was not available though. The staff member at check-in was extremely helpful. I also liked how all the charges were already paid, and I didnt have to add anything and there were no surprises.

Great value. Couldn't get truck due to recent hurricane but replacement was more than adequate. Guy in car lot was super helpful too. (Cant remember his name)

After I made my reservation, I saw negative reviews about ecomomybookings.com so I was concerned about my reservation but decided not to make any changes. I didn't put a deposit on the reservation so I wasn't out any money. I'm glad I didn't cancel the reservation! The rental company had my reservation and we didn't have ANY issues! Economy booking was $100 + cheaper than Priceline, kayak, and all the other booking sites. I'll be using them again if I need another rental!

Don’t remember the name of the generally checked me out in Nevada. But he was wonderful. I believe his name was Sam.
All staff members exhibited exceptional friendliness. On the day of pickup, we were attended to promptly by another staff member to prevent any delays, considering the presence of other patrons awaiting pickup. Throughout the duration of our contract, the staff demonstrated remarkable responsiveness to any concerns or inquiries we raised. Furthermore, on the day of drop-off, the staff efficiently conducted the necessary procedures, facilitating a smooth transition, allowing us to reach the airport without encountering any complications.
The ease of collecting and dropping off the vehicle was much appreciated. There was no annoying upsell.
