Hi, we have arrived in Frankfurt Airport on 23. Jan 24, at 6pm. First there where no cars available because of DB streiks. But we had a lot of luggage about 80 kg and we came from Auckland. Your man on duty in Frankfurt helps us very much and we got at least a bus so we cold drive home to Nuernberg. Your man on Duty was a Tuerkish Gay name maybe Tareid so we like to thank him very much. This was my first time with wheego. I was 1 hour late since I am late due loss of my baggage so there was no car. Your 2 Turkish employees helped me A LOT. they found me a car somehow and I am much appreciated. When I was dropping off my car, my flight was from Terminal 1 as always, but car rental return was from Terminal 2. so this is a huge problem for me and this is the only reason I probably won| t choose Wheego again. But, when I dropped off, your employee Enes who was from Iraq, he helped me A LOT. he drove me to the Terminal 1 since I had 4 very heavy baggages and I had no chance to reach Terminal 1 by myself. We helped me carry my baggages and was very kind to me. I am much much appreaciated and thank him again.. I will recommend Wheego all my friends & colleagues due to services and kindness..

The voucher stated Economy Bookings / Rent-a-car but the actual booking was with Buchbinder aka Europcar. This was not stated anywhere on the voucher but as there was only a Europcar counter the representative could not have been more helpful. Brand new Car and everything was fine.

Moe and Tom were very friendly and helpful at pick-up and drop-off. The car itself was clean on the inside and outside. Just had to fill up the engine oil myself during my journey because it ran low. But I was well compensated for it without any problems. Overall, I would say I had a wonderful experience renting from Alamo. Their cars and their people are great!
