I had a bit of a time finding the place to pick up the car as I had booked a Thrifys car and didn’t know it was owned by Hertz. When I finally found the correct counter I waited in line for 5-10 minutes, but the guy looking after us - Pat I think- was great and thorough. Dropping off the vehicle was easier than expected and Manu was exceptionally helpful.
Je voulais modifier l’heure d’arrivée car j’ai fait une erreur de la réservation. J’ai dû téléphoner à economybooking, la dame m’a expliqué ne pouvoir rien faire et elle a raccroché! Second appel, le monsieur m’a laissé en ligne plus de 30 minutes… il était parti vérifier! Aucune lattitude. L’heure devrait être 19:00 plutôt que 10:00, même jour. C’est le gestionnaire de la co de voiture qui a tout arranger. Expérience exécrable pour moi avec EB. Parfois, il y a des erreurs ou des modifications, je ne comprends pas que vous ayez aucune solution putre payer un tarif de 150$/quelques heures supplémentaires!
YYC is very easy to navigate and the car pick-up area was very close to baggage claim
We were able to get the car in a matter of minutes, and got a really good rate as well! Also, the drop off was pretty straight forward too.
Come earlier and the car was ready. Got SUV in place of compact car. Use gasoline option to avoid looking for gas station at night.
I had incredible customer service when I arrived at the check out counter and when I returned the vehicle. The attendant was funny, encouraging and provided me with all the information I needed about the car prior to my departure from the airport. I had a challenging but fun new experience!!
I wish I got his name, but the guy that helped me (from Brampton originally is all I know) was EXTREMELY kind and patient. He has impeccable customer service skills. Honestly I was stressed about needing a rental and he just changed my mood!
Our car was not back yet, so we had to wait, but we got an upgrade to an SUV, and it worked out very well. My wife liked the blue colour as it was easy to find in a parking lot.

The Car We Booked was Small Car , We Got Upgrade to Full Size Sedan at No Extra Cost , Staff Was Really Good and Courteous, The Car Was Neat , Clean and Santised , New Car with Good Tires , Overall Very Much Satisfied with the Car and Rental Company,
I like the location of pickup and drop off location easy and fast just across the departure door.
Pros: -Staff at the counter for pick-up was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Cons: -Didn| t have the size of car we reserved. -Had to pay extra for gas seeing as we were given a larger SUV instead of the small 4 door/5 seater we reserved. -Had to wait over 75 minutes for pick-up -the GPS map was outdated -the drop-off was not clearly marked.
The gentleman serving me was welcoming and friendly . Wasn| t pressured and made picking up the car easy. I find car rental prices a day very steep and with coming out to visit family 4 times a year it is pricey.
Booked online and process was quick and easy, once I got to the rental agent. The car I received was a nice upgrade and it was very clean. Drop off was even easier. By the time I had gathered my things to get out of the car the return agent had already done a visual inspection and she just checked that I had filled up once I got out and said ""you| re good to go."" Done!
