The desk is open 24/7, which is very good, since we arrived at about 9pm and all desks of other companies were closed except of U-SAVE, which is very covinient. The staff at the desk is very nice. We received updraded car. The service was fast and afficient.
I booked a Kia crossover and got a BMW on the same category which was great. No hassle on the pickup and on the return. Everything was smooth and I had no issues
Hello, we was surprised as we lanaded at 02.00 in the morning, the gentleman was here to give us the key and the car. A other rental company will not do this service! A very good price for a new car with everything in it. Veer happy and we will use the company again. Regards mario
When we arrived to pick up the vehicle the collection point was closed, I heard someone call my name, it turns out the runner sent a representative who collected me and my husband to another collection point open in the city, when we arrived I forgot my international license and my license the representative said he trusted me and everything was fine. It was closed, they still felt uncomfortable and wanted to compensate us, so instead of a Ford Focus, we received a new Mercedes Jeep that upgraded our entire trip! I will definitely return to Vienna, I will return to running again!
A special thank you to the female member of staff in Vienna who acknowledged it was my birthday during my rental and upgraded my rental for free as a result! This is customer service to be proud of for the budget team!
The man who helped us at pick up to explain everything and his counselling on our upgrade. He made a big difference in our 3 weeks trip. Thank you!
Other than the gas gauge on the car upon pick-up having only 180 km remaining (And we brought the car back at the end of our trip with 450 km remaining), the experience was positive. Peter

I was very happy with rented car and Alamo service, I got all informations I needed and although I was returning car at 4 AM it was no problem and everything was very smooth. The deposit on my credit card was released the same day I returned car - there were no unnecessary delays.
the price was great and the staff also were very polite and nice and very service minded , the car was new and very clean.
