The car was a great value but what truly shined was the staff. I actually ended up asking for help to a lot of the staff because I had left my passport in the car and only realized 2 hours after. They were all friendly to search for my passport going as far as bringing the car back from the washing building and calling the person in charge of lost and found who was out for the rest of the weekend. I managed to catch a flight right after thanks to the sixt helpfulness and despite a large number of costumers going in and out of the place. During the pick up, Carlo was friendly and helpful. I tested the staff up to their limits and they responded well. Sorry for all the trouble caused. You learn from errors, next time will be a smoother experience from my end.
