I had fantastic communications with Francia prior to my arrival and she was there to pick me up at the airport. From there, Elvis checked me out and took care of all the paperwork to get me on my way. Coming back, I had to drop the car off early so that I could take a different flight home. I called ahead and Elvis, having even remembered me, said he would wait for me. That was fantastic service! Elvis got me checked back in in very short order and got me to the airport without delay. I would rent from this company again anytime, ESPECIALLY because of the great, friendly, courteous and professional staff they have helping us customers out!

Friendly staff. The process was straight forward. We didn| t have any issues - although I believe because we didn| t speak French there wasn| t as many questions covered e.g. What to do in the case of an accident.
