Fully satisfied with the service from pick up to drop off. The quality of the car was second to none and it was exactly what i booked. The staff at reception when i picked up the car at the airport was very friendly and efficient. Awesome team and quality service.

The lovely lady who was on the Europcar desk when I picked up the car provided the best service I have ever received for a car hire company. She chatted while working out the booking, provided very helpful advice and was just lovely. I thought about asking for her phone number....lol. She is a real asset to Europcar, give her a pay rise. Made the whole experience easy and stress free.
