Economy and Dollar are both very professional and easy to use. In fact I called Economy because our flight was cancelled and we would not take the rental until the next day and someone actually answered the phone and spoke to me and assured me that my rental is held for 24 hours. Both companies will be my new first choices!

I was worried since the company is located in Latvia and I was not sure the car would actually be provided in far off Eugene Oregon, but it all worked out perfectly as promised.

Enjoyed and appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at Dollar Car Rental. Pick up and drop off is a breeze at Eugene Airport, as the car is in the parking lot at Arrivals. Also super easy to pick up and drop off key at Baggage Claim/ Ticketing level kiosk. Thanks!
