The staff in Girona at the rental office were superb - so kind to speak English, and very flexible when I asked for a timing change (twice!!). The rental process itself was really fast, and the kind agent (didn t know her name) took me to the parking area to locate the car, gave me brief directions, then helped with the parking exit process. Return at BCN was just as good - they were very busy, but the agent was helpful, efficient and very friendly.

Great experience, we haven t rented a car in a long time. Although it is more expensive now we were very happy with the service at the desk and we got an upgrade to a lovely comfortable car. Drop off was at 4am and this was also very easy and very close to terminal at airport.

My flight was delyaed and I arrived very late into Girona. I called ahead a couple of times to let you know as I was really worried about being a stuck alone and your representative was very helpful and said she would wait for me to arrive. I believe she ended up waiting for two more flights that were delayed after mine too but I was very grateful.
