Straight forward pickup and drop off. Car was an upgrade which gave me a bit more room for my bike and suitcase. Staff were helpful and friendly. I have used Enterprise previously and would use them again, no problem.

Car was very new, and easy to collect from the Bologna railway station. Drop off was straight-forward, even though out of hours.
