No fuss car hire. The guys handling the drop off are overly keen sometimes, in my case spotting the tiniest of scuffs on a wing mirror that wasn’t marked on the damage report when I collected the car, I inspected the car before leaving and didn’t see it. OKMobilty were very understanding and was a nonissue, full deposit returned. In future I’ll pay special attention to wingmirrors. My second hire from OK Hamburg, there will definitely be a third :)

I got a free upgrade because of availability issues with the car I booked. It was a brand new car which was really nice.
