Everything was ok besides that I Had to pay additional 100€ for full insurance. I have already pay that amount on economybooking saying that I m fully covered. Refund for this would be only option from my perspective.

Edmir was so helpful when renting the car. We also bought the insurance package, and when we had an incident halfway through our rental, both him and the insurance company were easy to contact and fix the problem.

It was great experience! I am glad we rented car from Greenmotion Sarajevo and Mr. Edmir. He is very understanding and very kind person. He picked us up from the Sarajevo airport before our rental and dropped ıs back there after our rental. He is very supportive as well.. our car was very comfortable and economic and it made our vacation in Bosnia and Montenegro much better and unforgettable. I wish all the best!
