I had no problems using the Economy Booking pre-paid voucher. The only condition that surprised me is that the booking cannot be changed by the rental car agency if your flight is delayed ( I called to change my pickup time when my flight was delayed several hours). However I was told that the reservation would be honored for 48 hours past the original pick-up day/time, so that worked out fine.
We had a flat rear driver s side tire WITH NO SPARE TIRE IN THE CAR! We were on I 20 at four p.m. between Dallus and Shreveport in heavy traffic and had to sit by the side of the busy interstate for 11/2 hrs. for a tow truck.Why do the rentals not have a spare tire in the trunk?
Tatiana is always efficient and professional. No hassle or struggle to get car or return. Will definitely rent a from yall again.
The young lady that attended to me was very nice she manually wrote down all the scratches and dents and the front fender being broken.
I was really impressed. At first, I was a little put off by a virtual assistant. But he was so friendly he answered all my questions. He explained everything where I could understand. I would totally rent from this place again. Douglas was a big help.
