Very good all round. Receptionist was very friendly & helpful. I had to pay a $400.00 bond as I used my Debit Card to pay the account. I have not received my refund as yet.......2 days since I dropped the vehicle off.
The young man at the counter was very pleasant, very kind and helpful. I had a bicycle and large suitcase with me and he helped by wheeling the bike out to the car, fold down the back seat and lift the bike into the back. A thorough gentleman.
Napier is a regional airport with new terminal upgrades during covid. The rental car agencies are all in the terminal and a quick 2 minute walk to your caar.
