I had no problems using the Economy Booking pre-paid voucher. The only condition that surprised me is that the booking cannot be changed by the rental car agency if your flight is delayed ( I called to change my pickup time when my flight was delayed several hours). However I was told that the reservation would be honored for 48 hours past the original pick-up day/time, so that worked out fine.
We had a flat rear driver s side tire WITH NO SPARE TIRE IN THE CAR! We were on I 20 at four p.m. between Dallus and Shreveport in heavy traffic and had to sit by the side of the busy interstate for 11/2 hrs. for a tow truck.Why do the rentals not have a spare tire in the trunk?
