People were canceling their reservations in line and moving to other car rental agencies. I stuck it out and waited and got great service from the gentleman at the counter and he gave me a free upgrade. I prepaid for the gas so filling up Was not an issue when I returned the vehicle. Overall I say it was a pretty decent experience
Wanted a Dodge, but they offered me a Mustang. There was a Dodge that I could see, when I pointed out the Dodge the chap said no problem.
