My flight from LA arrived late and I didn’t land until 12:30. The attendant stated later to help me secure the vehicle so that I wouldn’t have to come back.
I did get an upgrade to a full size SUV which was nice, however with gas prices being so high in NY It cost me more than expected when replacing what was used due to lower gas mileage in the larger vehicle .
Dollar Rental at the Syracuse airport is very easy to locate in the airport and the car was in the parking garage at a very short distance from the rental counter. Outside of the vehicle was not clean but I give them a pass as it is the heart of winter in Upstate NY. I would definitely use Economy booking again.
