We had a very good experience with Thrifty. The first car had too many miles but we quickly exchanged for another low mileage car (blue Malibu) and off we went with no problems. The rate was very low. Very happy. Thank you.
Everyone involved was very helpful, polite and easy to work with. We accidentally left a relatively expensive birthday gift in the trunk of our rental car. The agent called that day and we arranged to pick it up two days later. When we arrived the package was there waiting with my name on it. The transaction took less than 5 minutes. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
