They provided car seats, which are essential for traveling with children, and the counter staff and drop-off zone staff are very friendly. There was no additional amount at all. The car was very clean, and although it wasn t the car I would have chosen, it was a similar size.

Had a great experience for a MONTH...!!!. Had used this same company over the past 3 years in 3 different countries through Economy Bookings, and I didn t have any issues with them. - Easy reservation over phone with email confirmation a month ahead of move. - I got one small vehicle for the first week as it was only me and my wife who were using it and then got a GMC Yukon 8-seater which was great vehicle for us to travel from Edmonton to Jasper, Banff, Canmore, Calgary, Regina and Saskatoon with full luggage and 8 people (including 2 children). - Both vehicles were 2024 models and nicely cleaned and no scratches or dents on the vehicles, seems well looked after. No mechanical troubles or any external issues faced with the vehicles. Also I faced no incidents during my journey..! - Pick up was nice and quick, directly from the airport. Handover was also easy and when I handed over the 2nd vehicle in the airport it was 6:00am in the morning and I had to drop the key into the box. However, no issues were noted and the confirmation received within hours - The workers there were very professional. Returned 5 minutes before the location closed and was easy and no fuss. - Highly recommend the service of this company as I had no issues with them, and good value for money.

Great experience using Economy Bookings to reserve a rental at the Edmonton Airport.

Everything was easy and fast, from time of booking to returning. We had gotten a taxi when we arrived in Edmonton, where the car was too small for me to comfortable get into the car. We were two days late picking up the car. When we did pick it up, I told the Hertz guy that I wanted a bigger car than the one the taxi driver had, and named the car. Without batting na eyelash, he said I will give you a Nissan Sentra. It was very comfortable vehicle doe someone renting an economy car, and new. The lady at checking us in when we returned the car, was great. She said, "I just saw you at the gas station nearby, fueling up this car." I said, "You should have come over to where we were and paid for our gas" She let out the perfect laugh. As we were leaving the area, she popped over to where we were and said, "You may need this", as she handed us a multi-charger we had left in the vehicle, and as she directed us to a different exit into the departure section of the airport, more convenient for us and a useful piece of information for two older guys, who were carrying luggage on a trolly and trying each, to maneuver mobility walkers at the same time. It was an overall enjoyable experience, and she made it that way. More businesses should hire employees who an can smile, can have the occasional laugh, and who can brighten a customers day. It was an overall enjoyable experience.
