Pick-up staff was great and helpful and explained as much as possible what I need to know for my 1st time driving in Seoul! Drop-off staff was similarly friendly and it really makes me want to book with the company again as I am planning my next trip to Jeju in Sep!
It is commendable that when returning the car, the staff will take the guests to the airport. This kind of service is not available in other companies.
