I was impressed with the ease of using the service on-line. As a non-techie 70 year old I was bracing myself for online glitches but it went surprisingly well. The only thing I will do differently is not pick an Elantra Hyandai because the visibility was scary bad.

Employees at the rental office were kind and helpful and other than paperwork, picking up the vehicle was a breeze. They were great at drop off when I couldn t find their office, talking me through getting there over the phone and expediting my checking out so that I wouldn t miss my flight. Five stars!
