it was lovely to receive an upgrade, and the staff member who helped us at pick up at Bozeman airport was calm, kind and efficient- only one staff member on after multiple busy flights had landed meant that we waited over an hour. That was disappointing as we had been on the go for 28 hours up until that point.
My experience was excellent. Collin gave very good explanations to a few questions I had. The pick up and drop off were so easy. I appreciated knowing there was also support if I needed it.
