I got a free upgrade because of availability issues with the car I booked. It was a brand new car which was really nice.
Rental office location in prime spot in Hamburg airport. Given an upgraded car. Few marks on car body on pick-up, not listed on report, but no problems on dropping off car.

No fuss car hire. The guys handling the drop off are overly keen sometimes, in my case spotting the tiniest of scuffs on a wing mirror that wasn’t marked on the damage report when I collected the car, I inspected the car before leaving and didn’t see it. OKMobilty were very understanding and was a nonissue, full deposit returned. In future I’ll pay special attention to wingmirrors. My second hire from OK Hamburg, there will definitely be a third :)
