What should I do if I didn’t receive a confirmation voucher email?

What do I need to rent a car?

To book your car, all you need is a credit or debit card. When you pick the car up, you'll need: Your passport and any other ID the car rental company needs to see. At the time of pick-up you will be required to leave a deposit to cover the value of the insurance excess. In most cases car rental company will include them in the price of the rental, however exceptions may apply. Standard policies normally exclude such details as windscreen, glass, wheels, tires, undercarriage, interior, personal possessions, as well as towing charges, off-road time and any additional equipment such as child seats and GPS devices. If Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) or Theft Protection (TP) are not included they can be purchased from the car rental company or provided by the customer's credit card company. Please note that your cover will be invalidated by negligence, misfuelling or breaking the terms of the rental agreement (for example, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs).
