Easy and quick collection. Everything was clearly explained and best of all, had an unexpected upgrade which is always a nice surprise Easy to drop off and close to the airport terminal
A very quick and simple service with very helpful staff. The only negative is the same as most rentals where it was necessary to take out an extra insurance cover due to a massive excess in the event of anything, including no-fault incidents such as a windscreen chip. It certainly wasn t cheap for a short trip but it was easy and there were no claims of damage (there wasn t any) but since we dropped the keys off after hours, you hear some horror stories of claims of damage that you aren t there to dispute. If you re happy with the price I d recommend.
Good website found the right car at a good price. Alamo did a good job with friendly knowledgeable staff.
