Really Impressive service and great price. Had new Suzuki Jimny and no issues. Staff were expectational and incredibly friendly. This made a real different to our overall experience of Barbados as not everyone friendly at hotels/restaurants/shops. Highly Recommend Alamo :-)
Friendly staff and a smooth process to hire. Ideal location outside airport. Full tank of petrol ensured no need to find a petrol station on vehicle pickup.
There was confusion over the car rental dates, despite the company sending me a reminder email 72 hours beforehand with agreed dates. The positive thing was a member of staff sorted out the problem, hence the rental took a little time to resolve. Car was very clean and the handover was slick. The staff were friendly and i would certainly recommend using the company again.
I’ve always used this hire car company, always get car I booked & very friendly helpful staff, this is the reason I always use them whenever I holiday in Barbados.
We hired a small car ( Chevrolet spark ) It was ideal, very economical and nippy with good aircon
