Finally got a car that not some maintenance after less then 100 miles of driving it, last 3 rentals from thriffy and hertz did this a rental customer should not have to worry about this on a car rental !!!! This a NEGATIVE response. ER

Everything was perfect even though we didn’t get the car we rented online, they gave us an upgrade with no charge and the same price as the other one and BETTER!!!
The lady at the Thrifty counter was very efficient and cordial even though they did not have the care that I booked and had to return four hours later to get another car. She did give me an upgraded car when I returned because still didn t have the car that I booked.
