Booking.com does not communicate with the dealership. The price was good but communication with thrifty lags. . I reached out to thrifty who’s numbers where on your email that was sent to me. We called thrifty and they had no information from our confirmation number from you. No one was at the counter when we got in at 19:30 hours. We called the phone numbers on the email and supposedly the one called the counter and they said they would be there at 9:30 but when we got in nobody was there and I had to rent a car from another dealer. I know this is more their problem not yours but I rented it from you guys third-party and the woman at the counter the following day said if I get it with the airline ticket it would’ve shown that my flight was coming in late and somebody would’ve been there even though there flyers say they’re open till 23:00 at night
