Checkin was quick and straight forward. Very little waiting They didnt try and sell you something you didnt need. No shuttle required for off airport rental center. Hamster power. Kia soul was quick and smooth on the highway. Was getting 35 mph at some points. Between Android Auto and Bluetooth i got my music app to work
Overall best price I could find. I was unsure about the third party company aspect but it didn’t seem to matter in the end.
I booked SUV Jeep Compass class however lady at the counter gave me Jeep Renegade which was quite smaller. I applied to another employee and car was changed to correct class.
Amman’s Our car rental agent at the Budget counter in SFO was excellent! She took her time, offered great advice, and was very pleasant and helpful!
Easy to book but beware unless you pay for the extras if you have a problem during travel you’re out of luck.
