24 hours before arriving at Bordeaux I received a whatsapp message from an Ector representative called Charles. He provided me a number to call when arriving to meet for rental vehicle pick up. He met us at Bordeaux Airport on arrival and was friendly and professional. No issues returning our vehicle after our holiday.
