The pick up and drop off were really easy and fast. The company let us use the can for one more day as there was a cyclone. Much appreciated

The pick-up was fairly quick once we had located the agent in the arrivals hall (no official office in the terminal). Paperwork was completed quickly and the car was in good mechanical order. Returning the car was quick and easy, with tha agent waiting for us at the Departures drop-off point outside the terminal. A quick check of the car and the fuel level and we were done in 2-3 minutes. We would use IDrive again when in Mauritius - they were considerably cheaper than other car rental companies. We might opt for a slightly larger car next time, but we did manage to get all the luggage into the small Suzuki Celerio, so it wasn t really a problem.
Rent a car company staff was helpful and quiet professionals. They were quick enough to respond and guide us well. No much fuss or drama while returning the car.
