The stuff was incredibly helpful and kind. Professional both at pick up and drop off. I even contacted them through my trip with a number of questions and responded to my inquiries. Process was smooth.
Didn’t get the car promised and had to wait, but got an upgrade that was extremely nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful, car was very clean and overall our experience was great! Thanks a bunch

Really pleasant experience and fantastic staff. Was met by Abdullah Al Zadjali who gave us an upgrade and kindly came and completed the check personally and made sure everything was all perfect. The return process was very smooth and once again met by a pleasant staff member Al-Mokhaini who made the return process seemless which was a great change from some of the offices in other countries. My experience with Enterprise Muscat has been fantastic. Hope to use them again
