Great experience renting a car. Fast pick-up and drop off, friendly and helpful staff even the ones on the phone when I had a problem.
Very easy, staff very helpful and gave me a choice rather than just allocated a car.
Staff were very helpful and accommodating, I was offered a better than I had originally booked. Very positive experience overall
All worked fine. EV charging policy (vehicle supplied at 100%, to be returned at 80%+) is reasonable. Pass-through of Tesla supercharger and Shell Recharge costs to credit card used for deposit.
Excellent service. Arrived late at the airport 10.30pm and had no problem picking up the car. The only reason I scored slightly lower in the cleanliness of the car was the outside and that wasn’t the car rentals fault. The French government are restricting the amount of water they can use for cleaning the cars due to climate change.
