In general I was pleased with the rental. We received an upgrade on a hybrid vehicle. Very nice, however because there isn’t a physical Hertz counter at the train station all we did is pick up keys. I’ve never driven an electric vehicle and was quite lost in so far as how it operates fuel wise. Had we been there longer we would have had to find the agency to get help. As it is I was praying that the battery didn’t die out.

Staff friendly and very helpful. Process was simply and staff efficient. Car was excellent and in very good condition, I couldn t fault.
Superb value for price, car pickup through kiosk did not work for my documents but was quickly resolved through phone - English is a must
